Hey friends, It doesn't look like these scorching temps are going anywhere soon. At White Goat, we're firmly rooted in the "it's never too hot for coffee" camp but we thought we would try to mix things up a little and experiment with iced coffee at home. We tried this recipe with espresso (Down Tube Espresso) and french press brewing methods (Brazil Yellow Catuai and Guatemala Atitlan) and both preparations were equally good. The iced-espresso was rich, while the Brazil retained notes of deep, smooth chocolate. The Guat was bright and punchy. It's BBQ Season!!

Everybody loves a good cold coffee drink in the heat of summer, but how about using coffee while you BBQ? Here's a totally different and tasty way to get your goat and impress your friends ... with a Coffee Spice Rub recipe sent to us by Lawrence and Lisa Stella!    Rub it on ribs, steak or roast.
